The Bayi-Bayi Bed or baby's bed in its native tongue of Indonesia, was inspired by the birth of Alex (A TOKO's Director) godson, Roeli.

"I wanted something to gift to my longterm friends and very new Godson 'Roeli'; something that symbolised my love for them all, something they could cherish forever."

The idea for the headboard came from our rattan specialists in Bali and was inspired by a peacock's plumage, do you see the likeness?

The Bayi-Bayi bed will likely form part of our range as we expand what we offer. There is even talk of an adult sized version, so watch this space...
